South India Christian Mission trains national evangelists through two-year Bible Colleges in four different geographical regions. These include extensive biblical studies along with practical church ministry training, and a practicum. By the time a batch of 16 - 24 student preachers graduates, each will have also planted one or more village churches. In addition, one to three-day training seminars are conducted at various places in South India and Sri Lanka. These short-term seminars are typically attended by anywhere from 20 to 150 preachers and leaders.
